Gardening Project

About the Scheme

a volunteer helping out The gardening project is a volunteer based scheme which operates within Shipley and Baildon from April to October.

A paid supervisor co-ordinates the scheme and supports a team of volunteers who go out one or two days a week from March to November to tidy people's gardens when they cannot maintain their own. The majority of scheme users are elderly and really appreciate the service.
